The University of Findlay is welcoming approximately 730 new undergraduate students this fall. Findlay's fall first-time, full-time entering class is 6.5 percent larger than last fall's class and the University's total enrollment is up 8.5 percent - 3,956, compared to 3,645 students last fall.

Exceptional students of the communications programs at Baldwin Wallace University have achieved membership into the nationally recognized academic honor society of Lambda Pi Eta (LPH). LPH "recognizes, fosters, and rewards outstanding scholastic achievement while stimulating interest in the communication discipline."

The University of Findlay announces Merit Scholarship awards, which are based on a student's final, cumulative high school grade point average (GPA) and ACT/SAT scores. Scholarships are awarded beginning with the freshman year and are renewable for up to four years (for a total of five years of scholarship aid). Merit scholarships for transfer students are based on the student's GPA from all previous college-level institutions.

Students at The University of Findlay participated in the annual Symposium for Scholarship and Creativity on April 2. Held on campus, undergraduate and graduate students were given the opportunity to share their research, creativity and professional learning experiences with the University and community. More than 300 students participated.
